- Your custom wording is continuously printed on 4″ wide single sided polyester-satin ribbon spaced at 3″ intervals.

Enter your wording exactly how you want it printed. Please be sure it is spelled correctly!
If you enter all caps, all lower case, first letter caps, that is how it will be printed.
We print it exactly how you enter it! *Note: All Caps will not work in fancy Script Fonts. Please use first letter caps!
- As always logos are printed in one color only and Images will be appropriately sized to fit on the ribbon.
- Please provide your image in the following format: an original (not a copy) black vector image on a white background in (.png, .gif, or .jpg) files for good results. Shades of black and colored images do not print well. Photographs & Color Images are not accepted.
- If your image is not suitable for printing, we will email you with suggestions for preparing it for print, or an alternate idea when appropriate. **Copies are often too pixelated to print crisply.**
- Include any special instructions such as spacing, (1″ spacing is standard) a specific Text Style Name, or information on how large you want your wording to appear as in height and width.
- Please see our Helpful Information Section for help in selecting fonts, ribbon and print colors.
- When creating ribbon tails with a special message to be incorporated into a bow on a gift basket be sure to leave enough spacing between the left and right side wording so your message will not be covered by the bow. (Measure from the center of the bow down to the bottom, now double this measurement, this is the minimum amount of spacing you need for your message to be fully seen. It’s a good idea to add 2″ or more for good measure.)
